What should I do if I don't receive the products?
We offer a full refund if you do not receive your product. However, please be assured that we will definitely ship the product, and we are confident that you will trust us once you receive it!
How do l track my order?
Contacting Us by chat,you can enter the order code we will send to you in an email when your order is made and shipped. You can also send a mail to to [email protected] to enable us to provide you with adequate updates on the status of your order. we will send a tracking code to enable you to confirm the status of your order from our logistics partners.
Is shipping free?
Purchasing one item requires payment of shipping fees, while purchasing multiple items can enjoy a free shipping policy.
I have received a faulty item
You can return this product to us; as long as it is in the same state it was delivered. If it is within our 30 days return policy timeline, (and it does not fall under the category of products not eligible for return) we will accept this return.
How long have l got to send an item back and get a refund?
